  If I could leave a 0 review I would. The drive thru lady is completely rude and unhelpful. I've tried this particular McDonald's several times over the past week and never place an order because she is so awful. Just asking a simple question receieves a snotty response like she couldn't be bothered. A simple "Oh, I'm sorry, we no longer are able to do that" or , "Unfortunately we no longer carry..." would be better than snapping at anyone that tried to place an order. I understand it's McDonald's, but being a polite person should not be that difficult.
